In this challenge, your goal is to complete 3,000 "units" of exercise--you can count them however you want (for example, one unit could be one pushup, one situp, one minute of something, one mile, one bicep curl...whatever!). You have the month of April to complete your 3,000 units...which is, coincidentally, the month of the Boston Marathon--with that in mind, the beneficiary of your sweaty dollars is the very deserving One Fund.
